I, a user of the Vibo service (the "data subject"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the dissemination of my personal data on the terms set out below, as provided by Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

This consent is given separately from the consent to the processing of personal data, by a distinct action: the "Show my name…" toggle in the profile settings, or the "Show my name as the author" checkbox when publishing a game. By default, dissemination is off — an anonymized alias is shown instead of your name. The Operator records the account identifier and the moment this consent is given or withdrawn.
- Purpose: showing the authorship of created games and participation in game leaderboards to other users of the Service.
- Personal data permitted for dissemination: display name (nickname); avatar; game results (points and stars in leaderboards); the list of games you have published.
- Special categories and biometric data: not disseminated.
- Resources through which dissemination takes place: the public sections of app.vibo.games (public profile, leaderboards, game catalog) and the catalog at vibo.games. The data becomes available to an unlimited audience, including unauthenticated visitors.
- Conditions and prohibitions: the data subject sets no conditions or prohibitions other than the list of data and resources above; the data is not transferred to third parties beyond its display on the listed resources.
- Duration: until this consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted, whichever comes first.
Withdrawal: at any time with the same toggle in the profile settings — dissemination stops and the anonymized alias is shown again instead of your name and avatar. You can also send a request to stop dissemination to info@vibo.games.
Processing that is not related to dissemination is governed by the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and the Privacy Policy.
