I, a user of the Vibo service (the "data subject"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

This consent covers two situations: registering and using the service (Section A) and contacting us through the feedback form inside the app (Section B). Ticking the corresponding checkbox during registration or when submitting a request constitutes giving consent under the corresponding section.
Section A. Registration and use of the service
This consent is given when you register an account and use the service available at app.vibo.games.
- Purposes of processing: creating and maintaining your account; providing the features of the service (creating, storing, editing, and publishing games).
- Categories of personal data: email address; VK ID identifier (when signing in via VK ID); display name (nickname); technical data (IP address, browser data).
- Processing actions: collection, recording, organization, storage, updating (rectification, modification), use, anonymization, deletion.
- Method of processing: automated processing using computing equipment.
- Duration of consent: until the consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted, whichever comes first.
Section B. Contacting us through the feedback form in the app
This consent is given when you submit a request through the feedback form in the app at app.vibo.games, by ticking the consent checkbox in that form. The website vibo.games has no forms that collect personal data.
- Purpose of processing: reviewing your request and getting back to you.
- Categories of personal data: name (display name); email address; the content of your request; technical data (IP address, browser data).
- Processing actions: collection, recording, organization, storage, updating (rectification, modification), use, anonymization, deletion.
- Duration of consent: 1 year from the date of the request or until the consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
Please do not include health information or other special categories of personal data in your requests — the Operator does not ask for or process such data.
Consent to the dissemination of personal data
Consent to making your name, avatar and game results publicly visible to other users is not covered by this document: it is set out in a separate document and is given by a separate action in your profile settings or when publishing a game.
How to withdraw consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@vibo.games from the address you provided during registration or in your request. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops the processing and deletes the personal data within 30 days, except for data that must be retained by law.
Your rights
You have the rights provided by applicable data protection law, including the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, to request its rectification, restriction, or deletion, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Consent to receive news and marketing emails is not covered by this document: it is given separately (as a separate opt-in) and can be withdrawn at any time — via the link in an email or by contacting info@vibo.games.
